Four. I happily owe everything to Jesus Christ, my saviour and my God. I live for You alone.

Toronto, the city

I like Toronto. I live here.
It's kind of small compared to other cities, I think. Not quite as developed. The subway coverage really sucks.
But I like Toronto. It's urban and vibrant and so diverse. I want to explore it all!

I feel so wei
Wednesday, August 11, 2010 || 8:37 PM

Today, like usual, I was sitting in the cafeteria of Seneca College after camp ended, waiting for my mother to pick me up. I was writing a lesson plan for the campers when this smiling Chinese guy takes a seat diagonal from me. My thoughts are in purple italics.

OMG IS IT THAT CREEPY STALKER FROM THE DAY BEFORE??
Him: blah blah blah mando mando mando
Me: (oh wait it's not the stalker…) Oh, um, I don't…
Him: Oh, you don't speak Chinese? Are you Korean?
Me: I speak Cantonese… (please go away, I don't speak your language)
Him (in Cantonese): Oh, I speak Cantonese too! (Dammit...)
I think you're really pretty (wait WHAT DID HE SAY?) and I really want to get to know you. (He was so polite O.o he said 認識!!)
Me: I'm fifteen. (HA! That'll scare him off!)
Him: WHAT? What – why are you here then? I thought you were a student.
Me: I work here; looking after kids.
Him: Oh well, I really want to認識 you. Can I have your MSN?
Me: (Oh God…) I don't have MSN.
Him: Oh! Haha, do you have *some Chinese program* ? I used to have it! Hahaha!
Me: … I don't know what that is… (go away…)
Him: OMG, don't tell me you grew up here?
Me: (HAHA maybe he'll go away now!) *nods*
Him: Oh! Well what high school do you go to?
Me: Somewhere in Markham (I'm not telling you…)
Him: Oh, the one next to P-Mall right?
Me: No.
Him: … Well I still want to認識 you. Can I have your phone number? (Noooooooooooooooooooo! I can't even say that I don't have a phone because my phone is sitting right there)
Me: Oh… no.
Him: Well (OMG I JUST SAID NO)
can I give you mine?
Me: … (omg… go away…) I have paper…

So he gives me his number and tells me that I can message him or call him or whatever I want so that we can hang out.
Then he finally leaves THANK GOD.

But yeah. After that, I felt really wei. Hehe.
