a loving eye is all the charm needed: to such you are handsome enough
Elizabe✝h
Hi there.
I'm Elizabeth and I
like to write.
I wish I knew
where I was going
Humm
There are certain truths that I live by
One. I am Eilzabethbutwhatsinaname
Two. I seek happinessbutwhatshappinesswithoutsadness
Three. I pursue self-actualizationbutwhatifidontlikewhatifind
Four. I happily owe everything to Jesus Christ, my saviour and my God. I live for You alone.
Toronto, the city
I like Toronto. I live here.
It's kind of small compared to other cities, I think. Not quite as developed. The subway coverage really sucks.
But I like Toronto. It's urban and vibrant and so diverse. I want to explore it all!
A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies. The man who never reads lives only one
Jane Eyre
The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas
Holes
If Nobody Speaks of Remarkable Things
Le petit prince
The English Patient
The Great Gatsby
I think there's something very liberating about riding a bike to wherever.
It's kind of like an adventure.
"I feel the wind in my hair."
I feel the locks and chains crack
The restraints binding me disappear.
That is, the restraints other than the roads where it's too steep, and therefore physically impossible for me to bike up without dying from either exhaustion or asphyxiation (but like a baus, as always).
I love going wherever I want. Never really knowing where I'm going or where I'll turn up.
I like making my own little decisions
Should I turn here? Should I go on this street?
I find it is dulling now, though. Just a little.
The excitement from before has faded just a little.
I feel like I've already seen everything there is to see. If only the scenery would change a little.
If I could go different places and see different things.
But then I always find myself restricted by those annoying hilly roads.
