I am at a complete loss as to why my skin is feeling so…hydrated? Almost to the point of being oily; which honestly doesn’t make sense, because I have dry skin. Even weirder: I didn’t even put on my moisturizer this morning… nor did I moisturize last night. Of course, I did use my Water Bank Essence, I don’t actually just leave my skin without any moisture, but honestly that’s it.
SO WHY IS MY SKIN SWITCHING TYPES AND BECOMING OILY?
Does this mean I’m going to have to switch all my products from dry-skinned to oily-skinned?
I WON’T. >:(
I mean, I don’t even know for sure if this is what oily skin feels like. HA ‘cause I’ve never had oily skin.
Hmph.
Today was happy :)
I want to thank everyone for giving me such an awesome birthday ~ complete with cake too! YUMMY DELICIOUS CAKE! When I got home, the cake was just a blob of … well cake. XD
I’m gonna have fun eating it right out of the box haha ~
I want to thank all my friends (and everyone else too though!) for their generosity and gifts.
Thanks to all the people who signed my card ~
And of course to Whitney who picked out the card :)
Thanks to all the people who simply wished me a happy birthday when they saw me ~
Thanks to the people who sang LOL and the people who sang in French.
Of course, I also want to thank everyone that wished me a happy birthday on Facebook too ~
It’s always nice to see long lists of Happy Birthdays. OMG I know what you’re thinking. Your list isn’t that long. Mine was longer! HA!
Well all I’ve got to say to that is… ok ~
There was one birthday wish in particular, I guess, that made me really really smile. I thought you’d forgotten about me. Thank you ~~
I was going to say something else too… but I’ve forgotten it now, haha.
But anyway, thanks everyone, for a truly happy birthday ♥
Oh no :(
I messed up my family’s router.
My internet wasn’t working, and I just got a new laptop… so I reset the router by accident.
I didn’t know….
Now the router is unsecure. I guess I reset all the settings? And I don’t know how to fix the previous settings.
The desktop that we use is messed up so it still thinks it’s connected to the old router. Stupid thing, though, is that its internet still works…
That other time when we didn’t have a secure connection, some hacker used ours and exceeded our download quotient. Or quota. Or whatever.
We switched routers, and the problems stopped. I also noticed that all my neighbours switched to a secure connection as well.
I’m kinda scared that the hacker will notice (I guess I’m not helping by writing this) and use ours again.
Ugh, I feel so bad. Especially since I bought new shoes today. And the week before that, I spent a lot of money on new jeans. And let’s not forget that new laptop. I feel like I’m wasting my parent’s money.
It’s not like I’m not looking for a job… that way I won’t use up my parents’ hard earned money. I’m so sorry that I found a hole in my worn-out shoes and that I didn’t own any jeans (that weren’t ripped from sitting) and that my old laptop crashed and died.
My dad doesn’t even want me to get my G2 because of the extra insurance. And when I asked him whether or not we were gonna buy Microsoft Office, he said he’ll think about it.
I make it sound like we’re so poor… no… just typical Asian cheapness. :)
I’m gonna try just disconnecting the router from our main desktop and then resetting it again. And then configure it again. Maybe. Ahhhhhhhh >< I don’t know!
On a side note, tomorrow is my birthday. Woohoo. =/
I was thinking... I'm good at most things I do. Almost everything, actually (the exception is math, haha).
But…
I'm not excellent at anything.
I think I'd like to be excellent at something.
I want to be known for being excellent at something.
I bought this rose scented soap from Monte Carlo in July. I haven't used it yet though. It's a bar soap, and I really would have nowhere to put it, because my dad's Dove bar soap is sitting in that place especially designated for bar soaps L And I don't want to share my wonderful smelling soap L
It seems like such a waste not to use it though.
Speaking of soapy stuff, I'm running out of my cleanser. I've been using the Laneige Sensitive Skin Gel Cleanser. It is really good, but I think I want to try a milky cleanser next. There's a brand called "Fresh" that has a milk cleanser, but I don't know where to get it, and also it's probably really expensive. Also,
Skin Food has a Green Tea Milk Cleansing Foam that I want to try.
I also actually really want to try Skin Food's Rice Mask. I found a store in Pmall that sold Skin Food products (and I was so surprised, though now that I think about it, I really shouldn't have been) but they were sold out of the Rice Mask. They said that they'd have another shipment coming in September, but I just can't find the time (or the money!) to get it.
Life's been good. I guess.
Today was SAC ATTACK! I wore the Scotiabank t-shirt that I got from job shadowing my dad 2 years ago. I don't own red… I want something red though.
I'm Chinese, yo.
Everybody was so surprised when they announced that the Grade 9's won. Everybody simultaneously gasped, "What?"
I thought there was gonna be cake. There was cake last year. Seriously, that's the only reason I even dressed up. So sad…
Hmm, I joined the Ambassador's Club, the Badminton Team (well I mean, I have to try out), and the Environmental Club (like always). Since Grade 9, I've always wanted to join the Ambassador's Club. It seems so cool… even though I don't really know what they do. Every year I joined, but it always clashed with something. I actually also wanted to join the baking club, but I couldn't find it… I want to bake lots of sweet stuff J
And then I'll give some to my boyfriend ><
Except I don't have a boyfriend LOL
*WOOSH* there goes my dream… maybe I'll just eat them all myself. :D
Oh wait. I keep thinking I'm in the actual club. HA.
OH YEAH, YONGSEO IS SUCH A GOOD COUPLE. Some people call them SeoHwa… but I call them YongSeo because Whitney said it, and now it's stuck.
They're so sweet ~ It's so funny hehe J
Um. Ok. That's it.
